תקני בטיחות ילדים - Near u

הדף הזה מפרט את תקני הבטיחות של האפליקציה Near u (app.nearu.social) נגד ניצול מיני והתעללות מינית בילדים (CSAE). את האפליקציה מפעילה בועז גולן ניהול והפקות בע"מ.

1. אפס סובלנות לניצול מיני של ילדים

ב-Near u יש אפס סובלנות לניצול מיני ולהתעללות מינית בילדים (CSAE) ולחומרים של התעללות מינית בילדים (CSAM). אסור בהחלט:

• ליצור, להעלות, לשלוח, לשתף, לבקש או לקדם CSAM מכל סוג.
• כל תוכן שמציג קטינים באופן מיני, כולל טקסט, תמונות, סרטונים, הודעות קוליות, ציורים ותוכן שנוצר בבינה מלאכותית.
• ליצור קשר עם קטינים לצורך שידול או טיפוח קשר מיני (Grooming), סחיטה מינית (Sextortion), סחר בבני אדם או מפגש.
• להשתמש באפליקציה כדי לפגוע בקטינים, לסכן אותם או לנצל אותם בכל דרך אחרת.

2. האפליקציה מיועדת לבני 18 ומעלה בלבד

Near u מיועדת למבוגרים בלבד. בהרשמה כל משתמש חייב להזין תאריך לידה, והאפליקציה והשרת חוסמים הרשמה של מי שגילו פחות מ-18. חשבון שמתברר שהוא שייך לקטין נחסם ונמחק.

3. דיווח וחסימה בתוך האפליקציה

• דיווח: בכל פרופיל ובתפריט של כל צ'אט יש כפתור דיווח. אחת מסיבות הדיווח היא "נראה מתחת לגיל 18". אפשר להוסיף פרטים ולחסום את המשתמש באותו שלב.
• חסימה: אפשר לחסום כל משתמש. משתמש חסום לא יכול לשלוח לך הודעות, להתקשר אליך או לראות אותך באפליקציה.
• אפשר לדווח גם במייל ל-nearu@nearu.co.il.

4. פיקוח על תוכן

• בדיקה אוטומטית: כל תמונת פרופיל עוברת בדיקה אוטומטית לעירום ולתוכן מיני לפני שהיא מתפרסמת. תמונה מפורשת נדחית, ותמונה גבולית מועברת לבדיקה אנושית.
• בדיקה אנושית: כל הדיווחים והתמונות שסומנו נכנסים לתור בדיקה במערכת הניהול, ושם צוות הניהול בודק אותם. דיווחים על קטינים ועל ניצול מיני של ילדים מטופלים בעדיפות עליונה.
• אכיפה: צוות הניהול יכול להסיר תוכן, להשעות חשבון, לחסום אותו לצמיתות ולמנוע הרשמה מחדש עם אותו מספר טלפון.

5. מה קורה כשמתגלה CSAM או CSAE

• התוכן מוסר מיד.
• החשבון נחסם לצמיתות, ונמנעת הרשמה מחדש.
• אנחנו מדווחים לרשויות המוסמכות: המרכז הלאומי לילדים נעדרים ומנוצלים בארה"ב (NCMEC), משטרת ישראל (יחידת הסייבר הלאומית והמוקד הלאומי להגנה על ילדים ברשת - 105) ורשויות אכיפת החוק המקומיות, לפי העניין.
• אנחנו שומרים את המידע הנדרש כראיה, כפי שהחוק מחייב, ומשתפים פעולה עם רשויות אכיפת החוק.

אנחנו פועלים בהתאם לחוקי הגנת הילדים החלים, בישראל ובכל מדינה שבה האפליקציה זמינה.

6. איש קשר לבטיחות ילדים

הכתובת הייעודית לפניות בנושא בטיחות ילדים ו-CSAE היא nearu@nearu.co.il. אפשר לכתוב בכותרת "בטיחות ילדים". הכתובת הזו יכולה גם לענות על שאלות לגבי תקני הבטיחות שלנו ואיך אנחנו מיישמים אותם.

אם ילד נמצא בסכנה מיידית, פנו מיד למשטרה בטלפון 100 או למוקד 105.

Child Safety Standards - Near u

This page sets out the standards of the Near u app (package app.nearu.social) against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Near u is operated by BOAZ GOLAN MANAGEMENT AND PRODUCTIONS LTD.

1. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

Near u has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The following are strictly prohibited:

• Creating, uploading, sending, sharing, requesting or promoting CSAM of any kind.
• Any sexualization of minors, including text, images, videos, voice messages, drawings and AI-generated content.
• Contacting minors for grooming, sextortion, trafficking or meeting in person.
• Using the app to harm, endanger or exploit minors in any other way.

2. Adults only (18+)

Near u is for adults only. At signup every user must enter a date of birth, and both the app and the server block signup for anyone under 18 (age gate). Any account found to belong to a minor is banned and deleted.

3. In-app reporting and blocking

• Report: every profile and every chat menu has a Report button. One of the report reasons is "Appears to be under 18". Users can add details and block the user in the same step.
• Block: any user can be blocked. A blocked user cannot message you, call you or see you in the app.
• Reports can also be sent by email to nearu@nearu.co.il.

4. Moderation

• Automatic check: every profile photo is automatically checked for nudity and sexual content before it is published. Explicit photos are rejected, and borderline photos are sent to human review.
• Human review: all reports and flagged photos go into a review queue in our back office, where our moderation team reviews them. Reports about minors and CSAE get the highest priority.
• Enforcement: moderators can remove content, suspend accounts, ban them permanently and prevent re-registration with the same phone number.

5. What we do when CSAM or CSAE is found

• The content is removed immediately.
• The account is permanently banned and blocked from registering again.
• We report to the relevant authorities: the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), the Israel Police (National Cyber Unit and the 105 National Child Online Protection Center) and local law enforcement, as applicable.
• We preserve the required information as evidence, as the law requires, and cooperate with law enforcement.

We comply with applicable child safety laws, in Israel and in every country where the app is available.

6. Child safety point of contact

Our designated point of contact for child safety and CSAE matters is nearu@nearu.co.il (subject: "Child safety"). This contact can also answer questions about our child safety standards and how we enforce them.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police right away (in Israel: 100, or the 105 center).
